COVID 19 STATEMENT
Due to the current situation we are all experiencing, we ask that you pre-separate your colors for us in an effort to mitigate the spread of any possible contaminants due to the virus.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY CLOTHES FOR PICKUP?
Please check and empty all pockets before bagging your laundry. We cannot be responsible for stains or damage from items left in pockets, such as lipstick, gum, pens, etc. Place your laundry in a heavy duty bag (plastic garbage bag, pillowcase etc. no hampers please) or laundry bag and clearly mark it "Pick up for Boynton Laundromart" and include your name and phone number. We can provide a large, nylon bag(s) with the return of your order when you sign up for weekly pickup (replacement bags are $8). Don't forget to call Boynton Laundromart in at the gate if necessary!

CAN I GET SOME OF MY CLOTHES ON HANGERS?
Yes! Long sleeve collared shirts, slacks, and dresses can be placed on hangers if you leave us a request in the "Notes" section when you place your order and there is a nominal charge for hangers used. In our effort to only use the best quality products for our customers and the environment, your assistance is greatly appreciated in helping us recycle your hangers. Instead of throwing them out, please place your extra hangers either in or alongside your next pickup bag and we will take care of them for you.

CAN YOU REMOVE STAINS?
If you have an item(s) that need pre-treatment or special attention, please put it in a separate bag and make note of this in your “Notes” box when placing your order. An example we see a lot is “Please try and get the stain out on the white shirt in the plastic bag”. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.

WHAT TYPE OF DETERGENT CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
All orders by default, will be washed in Ultra Gain Original. You may also use the "Notes" section when you order to specify if you would like us to use either Tide Original or ECOS Hypoallergenic instead. You may also supply any special products you would like used instead.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our Wash & Dry Pickup Laundry Service is only $1.89 per pound with a $38.00 minimum on all orders. Comforters, mattress covers/pads, pillows and rugs will be separated prior to weighing and charged individually. You can see prices here.

HOW MUCH WILL MY WASH & FOLD WEIGH?
Wash & fold laundry is charged by the pound (and weighed when it first arrives at our laundry). Here are some typical loads to help you size up your laundry:

10 POUNDS
2 pairs of jeans , 2 long-sleeve shirts, 5 t-shirts, 1 cotton sweater/sweatshirt, 7 pairs of undergarments, 7 pairs of socks, 1 towel, 1 set of sheets

20 POUNDS
4 pairs of jeans, 1 pair of shorts, 4 long-sleeve shirts, 10 t-shirts, 3 cotton sweater/sweatshirt, 14 pairs of undergarments, 14 pairs of socks, 3 towels, 1 set of sheets

40 POUNDS
8 pairs of jeans, 2 pair of shorts, 8 long-sleeve shirts, 20 t-shirts, 4 cotton sweater/sweat shirt, 28 pairs of undergarments, 28 pairs of socks, 6 towels
2 set of sheets

Of course, your laundry may vary from these "average" loads. But, in the past, customers tell us they get a good feel for this after they get their first laundry back.

IS THERE A MINIMUM CHARGE OR DELIVERY FEE?
We do have a minimum charge of $38.00 for each pickup, however there is never a delivery charge.

WHAT TIME DO YOU PICKUP & DELIVER?
We start our pickups at 7am and usually make all our pickups and deliveries by midday (but sometimes mid afternoon if it's busy!). Because our routes vary each day we do not offer specific pickup or delivery "windows".

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR PICKUPS & DELIVERIES?
No. Most of our customers leave their items under cover near their front doors. Please use our “Notes” section on the order page to let us know exactly where our driver can find your items (front porch, at the back door, etc.) Don't forget to call Boynton Laundromart in at the gate if necessary! We are not responsible for the contents while it’s not in our possession. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen if they are left for pickup at a pre-designated area rather than a hand to hand exchange from customer to driver.

DO YOU PICKUP AND DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS?
Our service holidays (no pickups or deliveries) are: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your delivery or regular weekly pickup falls on one of these days, we'll be there the following business day.

HOW DO I CANCEL A SCHEDULED PICKUP?
Before 7:30am on the day of pickup, you must call us at 561-660-8502 and cancel your order pickup. This is really important if you have scheduled regular weekly pickups (like every Monday) and won't need a pickup. We reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed service fee to cover costs if we are not notified in time or are unable to pickup your order.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Boynton Laundromart accepts Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards that you give us when you schedule your first pickup. You will not need to re-enter your credit card for future pickups – card numbers are encrypted and securely stored.

AM I COMMITTED OR DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT TO USE YOUR SERVICES?
There are no contracts or commitments - you are free to cancel or suspend your service anytime.
